To make Curry leaf Powder
|1 inch||Cinnamon stick|
|1 tsp||Fennel Seeds|
|1 Tbsp.||Pepper corns|
|1/2 cup||Curry leaves|
|For Curry leaf Chicken|
|250 g||Boneless Chicken pieces|
|1/4 tsp||turmeric powder|
|Salt to taste|
- You can make this curry leaf powder and keep it handy and can be used along with rice too.
- Since I have already added 1 tbsp pepper corns while making the masala powder I have not added chili powder If you want it to be more spicy you can add some chili powder.
- I prefer to use boneless chicken breast for making curry leaves chicken ,However chicken with bones also taste good.
- For curry leaf chicken shallots adds more taste and flavor than Regular onions.
