Vegetable Salna Recipe / Vegetable Gravy

Written By Angela Steffi on Thursday, February 2, 2017 | 8:16:00 PM

Vegetable salna / Vegetable gravy is a perfect side dish recipe for Parotta and also goes very well with chapathi, Idli and Dosa. This is the most famous and most ordered recipe in small hotels called " Thallu Vandi " in Tamil Nadu and is one of my favorite recipe too. This recipe is loaded with lots of nutrition and at the same time it tastes wonderful. I call Veg Salna and Parotta as Romeo - Juilet because it makes an excellent combination.
Freshly ground masala makes the veg Salna more flavorful and aromatic.

  2. While curry recipes can vary drastically, most are simmered in a heavily spiced sauce and served with a side of rice. Curries are wonderfully adaptable, and once you have your base sauce you can easily cater the dish to your taste. Learn more from https://curryfayre.co.uk
