Chicken 65 Recipe

Written By Angela Steffi on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 | 11:08:00 PM

Chicken 65 is an awesome starter recipe and goes excellent with biryani. This restaurant style chicken 65 has a Crispy texture on the outside and tastes delicious and at the same time it is quite easy to make.Now-a-days lot of stores carry ready-made Chicken 65 powder but they are not good for health because they add food color and some preservatives in it.Home made chicken 65 is much healthier and tastes several fold than one we get in the restaurants.
There are several stories told of this chicken 65.Some say that this recipe was invented in the year 1965 and so this recipe got the name chicken "65"
Some believe that this chicken 65 was made with 65 days old chicken (from the day it hatched) thus it got its name and some chefs say that this recipe is made with 65 types of ingredients and got its name.
No matter how and why this recipe got its name it tastes delicious and certainly deserves a spot on your plate.
