Since Prawns are very delicate we need to cook them separately,If we cook the prawns with the masalas then the prawns will be over cooked and will turn rubbery and at the same time if we cook for less time then the masalas will stay raw, so to overcome this problems we are going to cook both the prawns and masalas separately.

To make masala for prawns | |
1" | Piece Ginger |
3 | Cloves of Garlic |
1 Tbsp | Lemon juice |
3 Tbsp | Water |
To make Chicken Ghee Roast | |
1/4 cup | Ghee / Clarified butter |
1(200g) | Onion (finely chopped) |
1/4 cup | Yogurt / Curd |
Curry Leaves for Garnishing | |
Salt to taste |
Cooking Method |
Step 1) First we need to cook the prawns separately to get rid all the moisture,so cook the prawns with some salt and turmeric powder without adding any water or oil for some time until all the water content from the prawns is gone
Step 3) Transfer all the ingredients to a blender and along with this add Ginger, Garlic, Lemon Juice, some water and grind it to a smooth paste
