Cooking Method

Step 1) Into a Blender add sugar, cardamom and grind it to a fine powder. Then add 1 egg and grind it again to form a smooth batter.

Step 2) Now in a bowl add Maida, rava, rice flour, baking soda, salt, ghee, egg sugar mixture from step 1, milk and mix well. The batter will be slightly sticky. Keep it aside for minimum 15 -20 min. We get approximately 6-7 kajada.

Step 3) Heat some oil in a pan and apply some ghee in your hands and make small balls out of the batter and drop one ball at a time and cook on low to medium heat. It takes approximately 5 minutes to get cooked completely.

Step 4) Make sure they are cooked thoroughly, otherwise the batter will be raw at the center.
