|250 g||Maida (2 cups)|
|125 g||Butter (unsalted) (1/2 cup +2 tbsp)|
|3/4 cup||Water (approx)|
|For Veg Filling|
|1/4 tsp||turmeric powder|
|1/2 tsp||Garam masala|
|2 tsp||Chili powder|
|1/4 cup||Green peas|
|1 tbsp||chopped coriander leaves|
|1 spring||Curry leaves|
Step 1) Heat oil in a pan and add onions, crushed Ginger and saute it for a couple of minutes. Then add in the masalas - turmeric, garam masala, chili powder and give it a stir. Then add chopped tomato, green peas, carrot, required salt ,some water and cook until the veggies are well done.
Step 2) Now add in cooked and smashed potatoes, coriander leaves, curry leaves and turn off the heat.
Step 3) Place some of the stuffing in the puff sheat and seal it with water, brush some milk on top and bake it at 400 F / 200 C preheated Oven for 20 -22 minutes.
