1/4 cup | Mustard seeds |
1 | chopped Onion |
1 tsp | Ginger Garlic paste |

Cooking Method |
Step 1) Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds, then add chopped onion , ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and cook until onions are browned.
Step 2) Then add tomato and the masalas - turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala,cumin powder.
Step 3) Add the veggies - Carrot, beans, potato, cauliflower,peas , required water some salt and cook until the veggies are nicely roasted.
Our delicious mixed vegetable kootu is all ready to be enjoyed with rice or chapathi. Spread the JOY OF COOKING !!!
