Step 1) Boil and mash 3 potatoes with hand or we can also grate the potatoes for uniform texture.
Step 2) Season potatoes with chopped onion, coriander leaves, garam masala, chili powder, pepper powder, bread crumbs, salt and mix well.Without adding water knead it into a dough, If you feel the dough is watery or sticky then add little more bread crumbs or corn flour to make it thick.
Step 3) Grease the hand with oil and roll the dough into small nuggets.
