|Quantity||Ingredients for Carrot Halwa Recipe|
|3 cup||Grated carrot (4-5 large carrot)|
|3/4 cup||Sugar (we can add up to 1 cup)|
|1/2 tsp||Cardamom powder|
Step 1) Melt 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and roast the cashews, once they turn golden add the raisins and saute it until the raisins are ballooned. Take it out of the pan and keep it aside.
Stir it in between to prevent from burning also scrape the edges to pull in any milk settlements.
Cook on a medium heat
Step 5) Now add cardamom powder to get nice flavor, roasted nuts from step 1, also add the rest of the ghee (2 tbsp) and mix well. Cook for few more minutes and turn off the heat.
That's is our carrot halwa is ready to be enjoyed. You can add some nuts on the top to make it attractive.Please do try the recipe and enjoy with your friends and family
