Prawns Ghee Roast

Written By Angela Steffi on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 | 11:54:00 PM

Prawns Ghee Roast is an awesome side which goes excellent with Rice, Chapathi, Roti and also goes very well with Breads. Prawns are the delicacies of the sea world, they have an exceptional taste while having lower calories. This prawns roast is a treat for sea food lovers like me.I make this very often because this recipe is quite easy to make and we do not need to worry about any extra sides. This recipe tastes better than the one which we get at the restaurants.
Since Prawns are very delicate we need to cook them separately,If we cook the prawns with the masalas then the prawns will be over cooked and will turn rubbery and at the same time if we cook for less time then the masalas will stay raw, so to overcome this problems we are going to cook both the prawns and masalas separately.
