| 2 Tbsp | Corn flour |
| 2 Tbsp | All purpose flour / Maida |
| 1 tbsp | Ginger Garlic Paste |

| 1 | Onion (cubed) |
| 1/2 | Bell pepper (cubed) |
| 1 tbsp | Chilli Sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp | Vinegar |
| Few | Spring Onions |
Cooking Method |
Step 1) Cut the chicken into medium sized cubes and add it to a bowl.Add corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, egg, salt and pepper and mix it well with the chicken pieces. If the marination is too thin then add extra corn flour to it,make sure the masalas coat nicely won the pieces.Keep it aside and let it marinate for minimun 20-30 minutes.
You can also marinate it overnight for best results(keep it inside the fridge)
Brining the chicken pieces helps the chicken to tenderize
Step 2) Fry the chicken pieces in hot oil until all the sides are golden and crispy.Do not overcrowd the pieces, leaves some space between the pieces so that they cook uniformly and stay crispy.Fry them in small batches.
Step 3) To make chilli chicken in a wok / pan heat oil ( oil used for frying chicken) and add finely chopped garlic and saute for few second, once the raw smell of the garlic is gone add dry red chilies, green chilies, Onion cut into cubes and cubed bell pepper, add a tiny bit of salt and saute until the onions are translucent.Do not brown the onions, onions should still have some texture in it (this adds extra crunchiness and taste to the recipe)
once the onions are translucent add chilli sauce, soy sauce and vinegar and mix well

ReplyDeleteI recently noticed people talking about Anilab APK and decided to learn more about what makes anime-focused applications useful. For me, convenience and organization are two important factors when choosing an application for discovering shows. Being able to browse different anime titles in a clear and simple environment can save time and make the search for something new more enjoyable. I was looking for a mobile editing solution that could handle more than basic trimming, and InShot Pro APK looks interesting because it combines video and photo tools in one app. There are plenty of possibilities for experimenting with transitions, filters, music, text, stickers, and speed controls. These features can be helpful when creating short-form content or improving personal videos. Another benefit of mobile editing is convenience, since you can work on a project without sitting in front of a computer. A practical interface matters just as much as the number of features, and an easy workflow can make editing feel more creative and less complicated.
