Broccoli is once such vegetable which has most nutritional value and it is rich in fiber that helps to reduce cholesterol from the body. It is also rich in vitamin E, vitamin B1, manganese, phosphorus, vitamin A, potassium and copper. Today I have fried them in oil but you can also bake or pan fry them to reduce the usage of oil.

Step 3) Heat some oil in a kadai and fry the coated florets until its golden and crispy. The best method is to pan fry or bake the florets...For baking preheat the oven to 350 F and bale for 15-20 minutes tossing once in the midway.
