Fried rice is our all time favorite street food recipe which is made with veggies and sauces. Here I am sharing a simple fried rice recipe made with homemade simple sauce. Lets see how to make this recipe.

250 g | Cauliflower |
1/8 tsp | Turmeric |
2 tsp | Chili powder |
4 tbsp | Rice flour |
4 tbsp | Besan flour |

For Sauce | |
5-7 | dry red chilies |
5 | Garlic |
1 inch | Ginger |
2 tbsp | Oil |
For Fried Rice | |
3 tbsp | Oil |
1 | Onion| |
1 | Carrot |
5 | Beans |
1 cup | Basmati rice (200 g) |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |
handful | spring Onion |

Cooking Method |
Step 1) Into a mixing bowl add cauliflower florets , add hot water and soak for 2 min. Drain the water and add turmeric powder, chili powder, required salt and give it a toss. Then add besan flour, rice flour and coat the florets well. Sprinkle some water if required. Fry on Hot oil until crispy.
Step 2) Into a mixie add dry red chilies, garlic,ginger, water and grind it to a smooth paste.
Step 3) Heat a pan and add Oil. Then add sliced Onion, chilli paste from step 2 and cook until the raw smell is gone. Then add carrot, beans and cook for another 2-3 min. Finally add the fried cauliflower from step 1 and mix well, let it cook for one more minute.
Step 4) Add cooked Basmati rice , add pepper, some chopped spring onion and mix gently without breaking the rice.
