Chilli sauce recipe

Chilli Sauce is a world famous recipe which can go excellent with almost all types of fried snack and can to added to fried rice.  This is a simple homemade Chili sauce recipe can be made easily ,all we need is dried red chilies and few seasoning ingredients. Lets see how to make this recipe.



recipe yield    : 200 ml

Prep Time       : 20 min 

Cook Time      : 20 minutes

Quantity Ingredients for chilli sauce recipe
25 g dry red chilies (20 long red chilies)
1/4  Onion
6 -7 Garlic pods
Tomato
1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 cup Water

Cooking Method


Step 1) Into a bowl add dry red chilies and soak it in hot water for 20 minutes. Transfer the soaked chilies to a blender along with water and off onion, garlic, tomato and grind it to a smooth paste.

Step 2)  Filter it and add rinse the jar with half cup water and it to the chilli mix.

Step 3) Heat a pan and add Oil. Then add the sauce from step 2 and also add in salt,sugar and cook until, thickens. 

Step 4) Finally add lemon juice and cook for 2 more minutes. turn off the heat and once cooled store it in the refrigerator.
