  1. Mushrooms are widely known for their great taste and amazing health benefits. Packed with a ton of essential vitamins and minerals, they make for an excellent addition to your diet, adding flavor to many different recipes. Recently, Medicinal Mushroom like Chaga and Lion’s Mane is what I found here in Europe. I researched and found out they bolster the body’s immune system by stimulating the production of immune cells and regulating immune responses. They support both the innate immune system by making the body more sensitive and responsive to pathogens and other threats which is great!

  2. Some fight mushrooms, and some grow them, some of them cook delicious meals. I used to constantly remove mushrooms from my backyard lawn, but now I order magic mushrooms myself online at https://www.shrooms-online.net/shop/magic-mushrooms/ . Who knew you could get so high from these mushrooms. I really wish I had tried them sooner. They make my brain work in a new way.

  5. The growing process can be repeated several times until the nutrients in the substrate are depleted. The first flush (growing spree) of mushrooms will be the largest, and the following flushes will be smaller and smaller until no mushrooms grow up anymore.

The average result after depletion is between 200 and 400 grams of fresh mushrooms when the ideal conditions are met. If you take into account that the recommended dose is a portion of 15 grams of fresh mushrooms, we will let you do the math!
