6 months - Baby food

Here I am sharing six basic baby food recipes which is super easy to make.

Serves          : 1
Prep Time   : 2 min
Cook Time  : 5 min

Quantity Ingredients 
1 Carrot
1 Sweet potato
1 Beetroot
3,20,1 Beans,sweet peas, carrot
1 Apple
1 Banana
required  Water

Cooking Method


Step 1) Peel and add chopped carrot into a sauce pan, required water (just enough to cover carrot) , cover and cook until carrots are nice and soft.  Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth.

Step 2) Peel and add chopped Sweet potato into a sauce pan, required water (just enough to cover Sweet potato) , cover and cook until sweet potatoes are nice and soft.  Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth.

Step 3)  Peel and add chopped beetroot into a sauce pan, required water (just enough to cover the beetroot ) , cover and cook until beetroot  are nice and soft.  Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth.

Step 4) Into a sauce pan add beans, sweet peas,carrot add required water , cover and cook until veggies are nice and soft.  Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth.

Step 5) Peel and add chopped apple into a sauce pan, required water (just enough to cover apple) , cover and cook until they are nice and soft.  Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth.

Step 6) Mash or grind ripe bananas.
