|Quantity||Ingredients for making Cauliflower Chili|
|4 tbsp||Rava or Maida|
|4 tbsp||Corn flour|
|1 tbsp||rice flour|
|1 tsp||chili powder|
|1 tsp||garam masala|
|1 tbsp||Ginger garlic paste|
|2,2||green chilies, red chilies|
|1/8 tsp||turmeric powder|
|1 tsp||Garam masala|
|1 tsp||Chili powder|
Step 3) Fry the coated florets until crisp and keep it aside.
Step 4) Into a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chilies, green chilies,curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and then add finely chopped onions, required salt and roast until the onions are golden brown.
Step 5) Then add the masalas- turmeric powder, garam masala,chili powder and give it a stir. Finally add the fried cauliflower and mix well with the masalas.
