Cauliflower Chilli

Serves          : 4 
Prep Time   : 10 min
Cook Time  : 20 min

Quantity Ingredients for making Cauliflower Chili
1/4 kgCauliflower
4 tbsp Rava or Maida
4 tbsp Corn flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tspchili powder
1 tsp garam masala
required Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
required Water
2-3 tbspOil
1/4 tsp mustard
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2,2 green chilies, red chilies
few Curry leaves
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Chili powder
2 Onion

required Salt

Cooking Method


Step 1) Soak cauliflower florets in boiling water for 5 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Step 2) Into a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup maida or 1/4 cup powdered Rava, corn flour, rice flour,chili powder, garam masala,salt , pepper some water and soak for 2 minutes. Then add the cauliflower florets from step 1 and coat well.

Step 3) Fry the coated florets until crisp and keep it aside.

Step 4) Into a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, red chilies, green chilies,curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and then add finely chopped onions, required salt and roast until the onions are golden brown.

Step 5) Then add the masalas- turmeric powder, garam masala,chili powder and give it a stir. Finally add the fried cauliflower and mix well with the masalas.

That's it our delicious Cauliflower chilli 65 is ready to be served. Please do try this recipe at home and share it with your friends and family.
