|Quantity||Ingredients for making Healthy paruppu dosa|
|1/2 cup||Channa dal / kadalai paruppu|
|1/2 cup||Urad dal / Skinless black gram/ ulunthu|
|1/2 cup||Green gram/ Pasi paruppu|
|1/2 cup||Thoor dal/ Thuvaram paruppu|
|1/2 cup||Idli rice or normal rice|
Step 1) Rinse Idli Rice, Thoor Dal, Channa dal, skinless black gram, Green gram in water for a couple of times and then add enough water to cover the dal and also add dry red chilies and soak it for minimum 2-4 hours.
