|Quantity||Ingredients for spicy egg roast|
|1||small piece Cinnamon|
|1/2 tsp||Fennel seeds|
|1/2 tsp||Cumin seeds|
|1/2 tsp||Coriander seeds|
|1/2 tsp||Chilli Powder|
|1/8 tsp||Turmeric powder|
|For Egg Masala|
|1/4 tsp||Mustard seeds|
|1 tsp||Chili powder|
|Salt to taste|
Step 2) Heat oil and add chili powder, turmeric powder and some salt. Add the halved eggs and roast 2 minutes on both the sides and keep it aside.
Step 3) Now in the same pan add oil and temper with mustard seeds, Then add sliced onion and saute it until golden. Add curry leaves, freshly ground masala from step 1 and chili powder.
Then add 1 large tomato (or 2 medium) , little bit of water and salt.
Step 4) Once you see oil oozing out add the seasoned eggs and finally sprinkle some coriander leaves on top and is ready to be served.
