Egg Roast Recipe

Egg Masala Roast is a spicy yet  mouthwatering recipe which is quite easy to make and tastes wonderful.Whenever you are bored of boiled eggs try this simple egg roast recipe and spice up your taste buds.

Quantity Ingredients for spicy egg roast
3 Eggs

For Masala 
1 small piece  Cinnamon
clove
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Green Chilies
1 inch Ginger
2 Garlic cloves

For Eggs 
1 tbspOil
1/2 tspChilli Powder
1/8 tsp Turmeric powder

For Egg Masala 
3 tbspOil
1/4 tspMustard seeds
Onion

Curry leaves
1 tsp Chili powder
1Tomato

required Water

Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Cooking Method


Step 1) Dry roast cinnamon, clove, fennel, cumin, coriander and pepper for a couple of minutes. transfer it to a blender and add green chilies, ginger, Garlic and grind it well.


Step 2) Heat oil and add chili powder, turmeric powder and some salt. Add the halved eggs and roast 2 minutes on both the sides and keep it aside.


Step 3) Now in the same pan add oil and temper with mustard seeds, Then add sliced onion and saute it until golden. Add curry leaves, freshly ground masala from step 1 and chili powder.
Then add 1 large tomato (or 2 medium) , little bit of water and salt.


Step 4) Once you see oil oozing out add the seasoned eggs and finally sprinkle some coriander leaves on top and is ready to be served.
