|2 tbsp||Tomato ketchup|

Step 3) Once the onions are translucent add tomatoes and cook until soft. Always add double the tomatoes over onions to get that nice tangy taste.
Once the tomatoes are soft add chopped carrot and capsicum and cook for few more minutes. Add water if required.
Step 4) Now add required salt, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup and chili sauce (if you are mot using chili sauce add 1 tsp of chili powder). Then add the cooked pasta and mix well,heat for 1 more minute. Finally sprinkle some pepper powder and some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
