|Quantity||Ingredients for Coconut Burfi|
|2 Cup||Grated coconut|
|1/2 tsp||Cardamom powder|
|1+1 tbsp||Ghee ( 1 for roasting nuts and 1 to add at the end )|
Step 1) Roasting Coconut:
Roast the grated coconut on a medium heat for about 2 minutes, do not brown the coconut. Then add sugar and milk to it. Mix it well and cook on a medium heat.Soon the sugar dissolves and become watery, Stir them in between to prevent burning.
That's it our delicious coconut barfi is ready to be enjoyed with friends and family !!!
