Garam masala is a blend of all aromatic Indian spices like coriander, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom.... which can be used in many other recipes to add flavor and taste especially in non veg recipes like chicken curry, mutton curry, prawns curry and even good for making Biryani. Cooking Method |
Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Once cooled transfer it to a blender and grind it to a fine powder.
That's it our homemade garam masala is ready , store it in an air tight container and use it later. This masala can be used to make all non veg recipes and biryani.
