Dora Cake Recipe

Dora cake also known as dorayaki cake is a famous pancake from a famous cartoon doraemon . This simple pan cake filled with chocolate spread is light , fluffy and is very famous among kids. This delicious pan cake can be served as breakfast or as snack. Lets see how to make this fluffy Dora cake.



Serving Size           : 3 (6 Cake) 

Preparation Time  : 10 minutes

Quantity Ingredients for dorayaki cake Recipe
Eggs
1/4 cupSugar (50 g)
2 tbspHoney
1/2 cup Milk (125 ml)
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Maida / all purpose flour (130 g)
1/8 tsp Baking soda
1/4 cup Chocolate spread / Nutella

Cooking Method


Step 1) Into a mixing bowl add eggs and beat until foamy . Then add in milk, sugar, honey and vanilla extract. Beat well until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2) Now add Maida, baking soda and mix well without any lumps. Batter should not be too thick nor too think (pouring consistency) Rest it for 10 minutes.

Step 3) After 10 minutes grease a pan with some oil and pour a ladle of batter and cover it with a lid. Heat should be on medium low. Turn it to the other side and cook for few more seconds.

Step 4) Once the pan cakes are cooled spread a thick layer of chocolate spread and cover it with another pan cake.
