Egg Masala Roast is a spicy yet  mouthwatering recipe which is quite easy to make and tastes wonderful.Whenever you are bored of boiled eggs try this simple egg roast recipe and spice up your taste buds. This egg roast goes excellent with any type of variety rice and my favorite combination is with Lemon rice and Mint rice .An egg per day is good for heat because it is less in calories (70 calories) and contain high-quality protein and all nine essential amino acids.
To get perfect boiled eggs add the eggs to a pan and add enough water to cover the eggs, once the water comes to a boil turn down the heat to low and simmer for 8-10 minutes. After 8 minutes if you check the white will be fully set and the yolk will be tender, after about 10 minutes both the white and yolk will be set perfectly. If you cook further then a green ring will be formed on the exterior of the yolk and will start to smell bad and will be hard. Then after 8-10 minutes immediately transfer the egg to a separate bowl filled with ice or cold water to stop further cooking of the eggs
