|Quantity||Ingredients for Karandi Omelette|
|4-5||Small Onion (finely chopped)|
|2 tbsp||Coriander leaves (finely chopped)|
|2||Green Chilies (finely chopped)|
|1/4 tsp||Chili powder|
|1/8 tsp||Turmeric powder|
|Salt to taste|
Step 1) Crack open 2 eggs and beat it well. Then add finely chopped onions, green chilies, Coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2) I have used kuzhi paniyaram pan for making this recipe , we can also use small tempering pan (the traditional way) as well for larger omelette.
Step 3) Heat oil and pour the egg mixture and cook until its golden. Then flip it to the other side and cook thoroughly.
That's it our delicious karandi omlette is ready to be enjoyed hot.
