4-5 | Small Onion (finely chopped) |
2 tbsp | Coriander leaves (finely chopped) |
2 | Green Chilies (finely chopped) |
1/4 tsp | Chili powder |
1/8 tsp | Turmeric powder |
1/4 tsp | Pepper |

2 tbsp | Oil |
Cooking Method |
Step 1) Crack open 2 eggs and beat it well. Then add finely chopped onions, green chilies, Coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
