Oreo Biscuits are my all time favorite biscuit , Dipped in milk tastes heavenly. This is a simple recipe with basic ingredients, butter cream at the center adds more richness and creaminess to the recipe.  This recipe can be made in few minutes and is a easy hunger fix recipe. Lets get started.

Serving Size           : 16 Biscuit

Preparation Time  : 10 minutes

Baking Time           : 12 -15 minutes (Oven)
                                   12 -15 minutes (Cooker)

Difficulty:
Quantity Ingredients for Oreo Biscuit Recipe
1/2 cupButter (Room temperature) (100 gram)
1/2 cupsugar (100 gram)
1 cupAll purpose flour / Maida (130 gram)
1/4 cupCocoa powder (40 gram)
3 tbspMilk (45 ml)

Pinch of salt

For Chocolate Butter Cream
3 tbsp Butter  (Room temperature)
1/2 cupsugar  (100 gram)
1/2 tspVanilla extract

Cooking Method

Step 1) Into a mixing bowl add softened butter ( make sure the butter is at room temperature - nice and soft) and whisk well until pale and fluffy. Then add powdered sugar to it and mix it again until well combined. (You can also use electric beater to seep up the process) . Then add in the cocoa powder, Maida, salt, Milk and mix well without any lumps ( use your hands for mixing)

Step 2) refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to get perfect shapes.  Now transfer the dough to a working surface and roll it thin , I have used paper below and parchment paper above the dough to roll evenly. Using cookie cutter or a lid make small rounds. We get 32 pieces from this recipe.

Step 3) Transfer them to a baking pan lined with parchment paper (make sure to leave some space in between the cookies) and bake it for 13-15 minutes @ 350 F / 175 C or until crispy.
It may seam a little soft at first but once it cools down it thickens, Allow it to cool completely.
A well baked cookie should have nice crisp to it.
It takes approximately 12- 15 minutes when baked in Cooker at medium heat.

Step 4) For Butter Cream :
Into a mixing bowl add softened butter and beat well. then add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.  The mixture should be thick .

Step 5) Once the biscuits are cooled spread butter cream with a help of a spoon and place another oreo biscuit on the top. That's it our oreo biscuits are ready to be enjoyed.

Once the cookies are cooled, store them in a air tight container / Cookie jar. Happy oreo Biscuit, enjoy  Cookies !!!

  2. Wow! Thanks for the interesting article. I really liked it because I love sweets. I especially love organic chocolate. It is very tasty and healthy. I tried this chocolate at one exhibition and now I buy only this chocolate. It is perfect for homemade recipes or as a ready-made gift. I ordered it for my children for Christmas, they really liked it, I think I will buy more.
