|2 cup||Rice flour (300 g approx)|
|1/4 cup||Coriander leaves|
|1 tsp||Cumin seeds|
|Salt to taste|
Step 2) Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into 8 balls.
Step 3) Grease oil on a plastic sheet and spread the dough with fingers, do not make it too thin.
Step 4) Heat a tawa and grease with oil, Place the akki roti and cook until both the sides are well done.
