|100 g||Semi sweet chocolate or milk chocolate|
|4 tbsp||Butter (50 gram)|
|1/2 cup||Maida (65 gram)|
|1/2 cup||Sugar (powdered) 100 gram|
|1/4 cup||Cocoa powder (25 gram)|
|1/2 tsp||Baking powder|
|1/8 tsp||Baking soda|
|1 tsp||Vanilla Extract|
Step 2) In a mixing bowl sift flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt . Then add in milk, curd and vanilla extract. Mix well. Finally add the melted chocolate and combine well.
Step 3) Now lets prep the ramekin, we can also use deep saucers to make this recipe. First grease the ramekin with butter and then sprinkle flour on all the sides and tap it to get rid of excess flour. Pour the batter into the prepared bowl, do not overfill, until 3/4 of the bowl.
Step 4) Oven :
Preheat the oven to 450 F and bake for 8 -9 minutes. Baking time is little hard to be exact on this recipe, based on the size of the pan, amount of batter , oven temperature the baking time may vary, If we bake it for 1 more minute then the cake will be fully formed and there will not be any lava, similarly if we take it before one minute then the outer cake will not be formed .So dont be worried for the first time, next time we can perfect the recipe by adjusting the time.
Step 5) preheat the cooker with a layer of salt and a wire stand to elevate the pan from touching to the salt for 15 heat on high heat . Place the ramekin and immediately close the lid and cook for 10 -12 minutes on medium-high.
