|Quantity||Ingredients for Veg Manchurian Gravy|
|For Veg Manchurian Balls|
|1 cup||finely chopped Cabbage|
|1 cup||grated Carrot|
|1/2 cup||Bell pepper / Capsicum|
|1/2 tsp||Chili sauce|
|1/2 tsp||Soy sauce|
|2 tbsp||Corn flour or corn starch|
|Salt and Pepper|
|Oil for frying|
|For Veg Manchurian Gravy|
|1 tbsp||Finely chopped Ginger|
|1 tbsp||Finely chopped Garlic|
|1||Bell pepper + some large chunks|
|1 tbsp||Chili sauce|
|1 tbsp||Tomato Ketchup|
|1 tbsp||Soy Sauce|
|1 tbsp||Corn starch + 1 cup water for gravy|
|Salt & Pepper|
|Spring Onions for garnishing|
Step 3) Fry the balls over medium heat. Once they develop nice golden brown color on all the sides take it off from the heat and keep it aside. (try with one ball first, it it separates add some maida to it and then mix)
Step 4) Heat oil and add minced ginger, Garlic and saute it for a minute. Then add chopped onions, bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the sauces - chili sauce, Soy sauce and tomato Ketchup. Also add required salt and some pepper.
Step 5) Add the fried veg balls and mix it well with the gravy. Finally garnish with spring onions and turn off the heat.
