Jam Biscuit

This delicious jam filled oats biscuit is made with all natural and healthy ingredients, instead of sugar I have used honey which is packed with nutrients. This is a simple recipe with basic ingredients, like wheat flour, honey , oats and butter and is filled with homemade jam.This recipe can be made in few minutes and is a easy hunger fix recipe. Lets get started.

Quantity Ingredients for making Jam Biscuit

For Strawberry Jam
300 g Strawberry
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Sugar

For pineapple Jam
1 small Pineapple
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Sugar

For Biscuit
1.5 cup Oats (150 g)
1 cup Wheat flour(140 g)
1/2 cup melted Butter (100 g)
1/2 cup Honey(125 ml)
1 tsp Baking powder

Cooking Method


Step 1) Cut strawberries into small chunks, tranfer it to a pan add lemon juice, sugar and cook for medium heat until it thickens.

Step 2) Cut Pineapple  into small pieces, transfer it to a blender and grind it smooth,Transfer it to a pan add lemon juice, sugar and cook on medium heat until thickens. 

Step 3) Into a blender add rolled oats and grind it to a fine powder. Transfer it to a mixing bowl and add wheat flour, baking powder, melted butter, honey and mix well.

Step 4) Roll the dough into sheet and cut into rectangles, place some jam inside and seal it. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes. Similarly we can make biscuits with the same dough.
