|Quantity||Ingredients for making Macroon|
|1/2 cup||Egg Whites(3 large egg / 100 g)|
|1/2 cup||Sugar (100 g)|
|1 cup||Cashews(125 g)|
Step 3) Separate egg yolks and whites (Eggs should be at room temperate). Transfer the whites to a clean bowl and with an electric beater whisk whites for 2 minutes and then add sugar and beat again until you get stiff peak.(add sugar in three batches ).
Step 4) Then add the powdered Cashews from step 2 and gently mix. Transfer it to a piping bag and make macroons.
Step 5) Bake at 200 F / 100 C for 1 hr 30 minutes.
