|Quantity||Ingredients for Rava Vada Recipe|
|1 cup||Rava (Sooji / Semolina)|
|1/2 tsp||Cumin seeds|
|2 tbsp||Coriander leaves|
|1/4 tsp||Asafoetida powder / Perunkaayam|
|1/4 tsp||Baking Soda|
|1/2||Onion (finely chopped)|
|1/2 cup||Curd / Yogurt|
|Salt to taste|
|Oil for frying|
Step 2) Now after resting grease your hands with oil and take a portion of the batter and make into vada shape with a hole at the center.
Step 3) Heat on in a pan and fry the vada until it is golden and crispy. Make sure the oil is at medium heat to get even browning.
