|Quantity||Ingredients for Milk powder Burfi Recipe|
|2 cup||Milk powder (250 gram)|
|1 cup||Powdered Sugar (150 gram)|
|1/2 cup||Milk (120 ml)|
|1/2 cup||Ghee (120 ml)|
|1/4 tsp||Cardamom powder|
|chopped nuts and saffron for garnishing|
Step 1) In a heavy bottomed pan melt ghee and add milk and stir well. Now add in the milk powder and mix well without any lumps.
Step 2) Once well mixed add powdered sugar and mix well. Sugar melts and releases moisture, soon it will start to thicken. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens, it takes approximately 15 minutes.Now add in Cardamom powder and mix well.
