|Quantity||Ingredients for Kulfi Recipe|
|3 cup||Full fat Milk (750 ml)|
|1/4 cup||Condensed Milk (60 ml)|
|1/4 cup||Sugar (50 g)|
|10 -12||chopped Almonds|
|10 -12||chopped Pistachios|
|1/4 tsp||Cardamom powder|
|10||Saffron strands (optional)|
|1/2 cup||Mango for mango Kulfi|
Step 2 ) Also add in sugar. Simmer for few more minutes. Then add the chopped almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder and saffron ( saffron is optional ). Cook for 10 more minutes or until the milk thickens and looks creamy.
Step 3) This is the consistency of the kulfi mix, if there is more water content then the kulfi will not be creamy and will be more like ice. Make sure the mix is nice and thick.
Step 5) For mango kulfi we need half a cup of pureed mangoes , mix with the cooled kulfi mix and combine well. transfer it to kulfi mold or a tumbler, cover it with an aluminum foil or plastic wrap , insert a ice cream stick and let it freeze for 8 -10 hours before serving.
