ReplyDeleteWhile waiting for the batter to rest and the oil to heat up (those 10 minutes feel eternal sometimes), I usually open something fun to read. Found this chill article the other day that explains everything you need to know about Aviator, really helped me understand the timing and when to cash out. If you ever need a quick break between frying batches, go read more there, it's straightforward and actually useful.
Anyway, bondas turned out amazing with coconut chutney, definitely adding this to my rainy-day snack list!
