Quantity | Ingredients for making Crispy Corn |

2 cup | Corn Kernels |
1 tbsp | Rice flour |
4-6 tbsp | Corn flour |
required | Salt |
required | Pepper |
Oil for frying | |
For Masala | |
1 tsp | Chili powder |
1/2 tsp | Cumin powder |
1/2 tsp | Chat masala |
required | Salt and Pepper |
1 tsp | Lemon juice |
For Garnishing | |
some | chopped Onion |
some | chopped coriander leaves |
1/8 | Lemon (wedge) |
Cooking Method |
Step 1) Into a sauce pan boil water and add corn kernels and boil for 2 min. Strain and let it sit for 5 min.
Step 2) Then add rice flour, corn flour, little salt and pepper. Add more corn flour if required. Then deep fry it in oil.
Step 3) Then add masalas- Chili powder, chat masala,cumin powder,salt and pepper. Finally squeeze in some lemon juice . Give it a good shake.
Step 4) Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chopped Onion and a lemon wedge on top.

Not sure what part i missed, but when i tried to fry the corn it started to pop out and oil started splattering everywhere, Can you please point me what mistake i would have made in this.
