Chicken Bread roll is is a Crispy and a delicious recipe which is very easy to make. It has a crispy bread layer on the outside and the inner stuffing is made with a special chicken stuffing You can serve this with ketchup or coriander chutney.

Cooking Time : 20 mins
Step 2) Take boneless chicken pieces and chop them finely or we can also mince the chicken in a blender. Add it to the onion masala mixture and cook for 5- 7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked . Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat. Chicken should be dry without any moisture .
Step 3) Take a slice of bread and trim the edges, roll it flat with a rolling pin. Now take some chicken stuffing and roll it . Apply some water around the edges and press it firmly to form a tight seal. Make sure there are no openings.
Step 4) Heat oil in a pan and drop the bread rolls. Oil should be on medium-high. Once all the sides are golden and crispy take it off from the heat and is ready to be served.

Step 1) In a pan heat oil, once the oil is hot add cumin seeds then add one chopped onion ,some salt and saute it for a few seconds.Then add the masalas ginger garlic paste, green chillies, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, chilli powder and give it a quick stir.
