Chicken Korma Recipe

Written By Angela Steffi on Thursday, June 30, 2016 | 12:01:00 PM

Chicken Korma /  Indian Chicken Curry is a perfect side dish for Chappathi, roti and naan. This version of easy chicken korma is the South Indian Chicken Kurma which is a yummy smooth variant. This Chicken Korma features tasty tender chicken pieces in a delicious gravy. This korma is a must have in any Indian Restaurant. Usually chicken gravies are loaded with spice but this version has added yogurt and cashews which lends a mild flavor to the gravy. If you are interested in the spicy version them follow the recipe here Chicken Gravy for Chapathi .
Just because this gravy has a reduced spice level doesn't mean we are going to compromise on flavor. We are going to be using the full panel of spices all the while maintaining a mellow taste, kind of like butter chicken gravy but with a lot less butter and a lot less calories. I hope you try this different version of chicken korma and post your feedback in the comments section below.
