Take a small portion of the mixture and make it into a thick patty. This makes 4 patties (do not make it small, It should be big enough to cover the buns.

Now to coat the patties we will need bread crumbs, and in a separate bowl mix all purpose flour and corn starch with water and form a semi thick batter.
Take a patty ,dip it in the maida corn starch mixture and the roll it into the bread crumbs. Shake off any excess crumbs. Similarly do it with the rest of the patties.
Step 5) Frying the patties:
After coating the patties in bread crumbs fry them on medium heat until golden brown on both the sides (flip them halfway) .We either deep fry or shallow fry the patties.

Hey Angela, I tried your vegetable burger recipe last week and it turned out amazing with so much better flavor and texture compared to store bought options. Your method of coating the patties in breadcrumbs and frying them until golden brown really makes a difference in how crispy and delicious they taste. What I loved most is that you can customize each burger with your own toppings and ingredients which gives you way more control over the final dish than when you're ordering from places like McDonald's price list where you're limited to their standard menu options. I added some extra spices to my mixture and used paneer instead of just potatoes which made the patties even more filling and protein rich. The tip about toasting the buns with butter is really important because it adds that professional restaurant quality finish that makes the whole burger taste so much better. I've been making this recipe twice a month now and my family loves it so much that they prefer it over any fast food burger. Thank you for sharing such a detailed and easy to follow recipe with clear steps and measurements...
ReplyDeleteThis Indian style veggie burger recipe looks absolutely delicious and is a much healthier alternative to the frozen patties you often find in stores. The blend of cumin and garam masala really elevates the flavor of the fresh vegetables compared to a standard fast food meal. While I usually crave something quick like burger king breakfast french toast sticks when I am in a rush, taking the time to prep these spicy patties is way more rewarding for a family dinner. I especially love the tip about adding corn starch to the batter because it creates that perfect golden crunch that holds up against the sauces. This is definitely going into my weekly rotation for a satisfying and flavorful home cooked meal..
ReplyDeleteThis Chicken Dum Biryani recipe looks rich, aromatic, and really well explained, especially the dum cooking technique that gives it that authentic restaurant-style flavor. Recipes like this make home cooking feel a lot more rewarding because you can clearly see each step building the final taste.
