Broccoli is once such vegetable which has most nutritional value and it is rich in fiber that helps to reduce cholesterol from the body. It is also rich in vitamin E, vitamin B1, manganese, phosphorus, vitamin A, potassium and copper. Today I have fried them in oil but you can also bake or pan fry them to reduce the usage of oil.

Step 1) Grind Mint leaves, Ginger, Green Chilies into a fine paste
Step 2) Clean the broccoli and cut them into medium sized florets and add the ground paste, salt, Garam masala and besan flour (just to coat the surface of the florets) Sprinkle some water on the top and mix it well (very little amount of water)
Step 3) Heat some oil in a kadai and fry the coated florets until its golden and crispy. The best method is to pan fry or bake the florets...For baking preheat the oven to 350 F and bale for 15-20 minutes tossing once in the midway.

Oh, this is a really great recipe and I really liked this combination. By the way, you know, not so long ago at one of the parties I was advised to try some wonderful cannabis strain wedding cake and it's really just a delicious relaxation. I am now a fan of this strain and am now ordering it from a trusted online store here https://westcoastsupply.cc/product/wedding-cake/. I advise everyone to pay attention, as weed simply perfectly increases appetite.
