Mutton Dalcha Recipe

Written By Angela Steffi on Thursday, August 8, 2019 | 9:45:00 PM

Mutton Dalcha is a quick and simple recipe very similar to that of Sambar made with Mutton, we also add veggies and paruppu. When you cook the dhal and mutton pieces for a long time, mutton flavor is distributed throughout the kulambu. You can also add veggies like - raw banana, brinjal, raw mangoes, drumstick which will now be filled with mutton flavor.
