This is the dry version of Gobi Manchurian.If you want to make a gravy version dissolve 1 tbsp of corn flour in 1 cup of water and add to the sauce mixture just before adding the fried cauliflower florets.

2 tbsp | Oil |
1 tbsp | grated ginger |
1 tbsp | grated garlic |
1 | Onion |
1/2 | Bell pepper |
2 tbsp | Chilli sauce |
2 tbsp | Tomato sauce |
1 tsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | pepper power |

Cooking Method |
Step 1) Combine the dry ingredients 1/4 cup corn starch , 1/2 cup all purpose flour, salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder,1 tsp chili sauce and add 1/2-3/4 cup of water and make it into a thick batter
the batter should be thick enough to coat the surface of the cauliflower
Step 2) Cut the cauliflower into medium sized florets and coat it well with the batter (you can also blanch the cauliflower(cook the florets in water for 3-5 minutes)
Step 3) Fry the coated florets in hot oil and keep it aside
Step 4) In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger and 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and after the raw smell is gone add 1 finely chopped onion and 1/2 capsicum (bell pepper)
Step 5) Add the sauces 2 tbsp chili sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce(ketchup) and 1 tsp SOY sauce (if the soy sauce is milder add 2 tsp) mix well and add some pepper powder
Reduce the amount of salt because all these sauces has lot of salt content in it
Step 6) now add the fried cauliflower florets and mix well with the ingredients and garnish it with some chopped spring onion
