|1 pack||Hakka Noodles|
|1 tbsp||Oil (for coating noodles after cooking)|
|1 tbsp||Finely chopped Ginger|
|1 tbsp||Finely chopped Garlic|
|1/2||Onion (Thinly sliced)|
|1 tbsp||Chilli sauce|
|1 tbsp||Tomato sauce / Tomato ketchup|
|1 tbsp||Soy sauce|
|1/2 tsp||Pepper powder|
Step 4) Once the onions are translucent add finely chopped or grated vegetables - Carrots, beans, capsicum and cook until the veggies are 80% done.Do not overcook the vegetables we need to maintain some texture of the veggies.
Then add the sauces - Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup, Soy sauce and vinegar.
Step 4) Add the cooked noodles and mix it well with the vegetables and the sauces. Finally add the scrambled eggs, salt , pepper and a handful of spring onions and turn off the heat.
That's it our delicious egg noodles is ready to be served hot. You can add a little bit of ajinomoto or MSG to enhance the taste, but without that also our noodles taste wonderful.
