1.500 grams chicken boneless. (Cut into small square cubes)
2. Ginger Garlic Paste 4/5 Tbsp.
3. Hung Curd 1 cup
4. Jeera dhaniya powder 4 tsp(mixed)
Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat.(Oil 2/3 Tbsp White oil/ or olive oil). Let the oil to heat. then put the marinated chicken. Stir 2-3 minutes. Lid the pan. After 10 minutes check the water that has released from the chicken. Stir gently let the water soak. then in a medium flame add some salt and sugar if required. (Remember the chicken is already marinated with salt and sugar). Stir until the chicken get enough juicy and coated with all the masalas. Serve hot. You can have it with roti or parathas.
Garnish with finely sliced ginger.
